Transparency through disclosure of relationships with companies is one step in the Children’s Behavioral Solutions at Acadia Healthcare’s (“Organization”) process of ensuring that all its educational activities are fair, balanced, and not commercially biased. The Children’s Behavioral Solutions at Acadia Healthcare Leadership supports the position that having a financial relationship should not restrict expert scientific, clinical, or non-clinical presentation or publication or participation in Organization leadership or governance, provided that appropriate disclosure of such relationship is made, and mitigation occurs.

As an NBCC Approved Continuing Education Provider (ACEP No. 7111) of accredited Continuing Education (CE) activities, the Organization has established policies and processes to ensure balance, independence, objectivity, and scientific
rigor in all individual and jointly provided CE activities.

Children’s Behavioral Solutions at Acadia Healthcare is
committed to inclusivity, equity, diversity, and belonging. We are also
committed to advancing an anti-racist agenda and promoting health equity. We
affirm the importance of mental health treatment and advocacy and recognize
that racial injustice has caused trauma and harm to minoritized communities.

We acknowledge that combating racism and inequity is an
ongoing commitment. The impact of economic, clinical, and environmental
disparities, including diverse linguistic needs, may hinder the opportunity to
access and receive quality and equitable mental health care and services.

Thus, we remain devoted to addressing discrimination,
stigma, and other social and moral determinants of health, leading by example,
and educating our treatment centers and communities. Together, we stand united
in support of racial justice and the intersection of mental health, and the
well-being of humanity.

Children’s Behavioral Solutions at Acadia Healthcare does
not discriminate against any individual or group with respect to any service,
program, or activity on the basis of gender, gender identity, race, color, creed,

pregnancy, marital status, parental status, veteran status, military status,
domestic violence victim status, political affiliation, anatomical sex,
predisposing genetic characteristics, or any other basis prohibited by law.
This list is not exhaustive.

its partners, treatment centers, or partners in this event, does not require
